31Labs provides AI voice agent technology for automating customer phone calls. Services are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt our services
• Obtain necessary consents from call participants where required by law

4. Data and Privacy

Use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process data only as necessary to provide services.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in 31Labs technology remain with 31Labs. You receive a limited license to use our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

31Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may suspend services immediately for breach of terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
